These terms apply to purchases made on offgridnexus.ca, operated by 17658575 Canada Inc. (OffGrid Nexus), Trois-Rivières, Quebec.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight (see our Shipping Policy). We accept major credit cards and PayPal. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel at no charge.

Availability

Products ship from our suppliers’ stock. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you with options or refund you in full.

We make every effort to display accurate specifications. Always confirm compatibility with your system and local code requirements, and have electrical equipment installed by a licensed electrician where required. Our system recommendations are general guidance, not an engineering design.
